Matthew has helped to streamline our sampling processes thanks to the creation of new tools to help track progress of sample production. Sampling lead times have reduced significantly as a result, and there has been a better awareness of samples across the factory. He has also overseen a number of new product development projects, resulting in a range of exciting new products being created for our private label customers.
Matthew was the first person to occupy the role of Private Label Development Coordinator, allowing him to shape the role during the past 20 months.
